Your job: selling our groundbreaking SaaS to leaders of the world’s most innovative companies. 

You have a consultative sales approach and a successful track record of finding and closing Fortune 5.000 clients with polished presentation skills. You will directly report to our founder and CEO and do what it takes to get the job done. We offer you autonomy, a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and an option on company shares.

Your responsibilities

  • Closing is your ultimate goal. For the training period of six months, we will work together to create an ambitious plan with profit and activity targets to guarantee the greatest possible success with full transparency. You will exceed these objectives.
  • You will be responsible for your success: from prospecting, qualification, product demonstration, negotiation to closing.
  • You will track, report, manage all sales activities in Hubspot, maintaining good sales hygiene.
  • You will develop a high level of knowledge about our and our peers’ products and services.
  • You will partner with customer success and product management to ensure sustainable customer and product development.

Your experience and skills

Hard Skills:

  • During the last 3+ years, you have proven sales success with B2B software (SaaS) in a small to medium entrepreneurial company, preferably across a broad range of high-tech industries.
  • Fluent in English (C2), advanced German (B2).
  • Experience selling to VP / C-level executives. Track record selling into mid-market and enterprise companies consistently delivering on 10-50K+ figure deals. Meeting your annual sales quota.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Soft skills:

  • You have a growth mindset: We value a strong drive more than experience. You are open to feedback and act on it. You know that success takes a lot of discipline and hard work.
  • You are organized and result oriented: You are known for setting priorities.
  • You are persistent and persuasive: No means no, but not every time.
